Volunteer Expense Reimbursement

Members may be reimbursed for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred on Club's behalf. All reimbursements require Board approval and documentation.

Reimbursable expenses may include travel for Club business, materials purchased with prior approval, course fees for required training, and other expenses incurred directly for Club purposes. Submit expense claim form with receipts to Director of Finance for Board approval.
